I just wanted to shoot out a quick note to let you know how pleased both Lauren and I were with our first cleaning yesterday. True to your website, you were right on time and was aware of all of our special instructions, especially with regards to the pets. The biggest surprise came when we got home last night. During this interview, it was very clear to me that customer service was of the utmost importance to them. I hired them to do bi-weekly cleaning and found their work to be very thorough. What really made them standout, however, is the level of responsiveness post-cleaning. I've dealt with other companies that were extremely hard to get a hold of and lax in returning phone calls.
